Zhejiang MSD Group Share Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, and the company is headquartered in the Warp Knitting Industrial Park, Haining City, Zhejiang Province. MSD has always insisted on independent innovation, and has always regarded technology and product innovation as an important measure for the company to improve our nuclear competitiveness.Since our establishment, through continuous research and development, MSD has developed into a three-dimensional product system integrating environmentally friendly decorative materials, functional sports materials and other flexible materials and covering multiple application scenarios.

    In 2002, Zhejiang MSD Warp Knitting Coating Co., Ltd.was established.

  • 2018

     Leading: In 2018, the second phase of MSD project started construction.

    On May 7, 2018, the commencement ceremony of MSD's new 800 million square meters functional composite environmental protection material technical transformation project was held in the new project base. The project was listed as a major industrial project in 2017, which is a milestone in the MSD's development history.

     

  • 2019

    In 2019，The MSD's second phase project construction is in full swing, and the third phase project preparation is in full swing.

    On September 30th, 2019, all the members of the four teams of Haining Municipal Party Committee, Municipal People’s Congress, Municipal Government, and CPPCC, the main persons in charge of the municipal government, the development zones of the towns (subdistricts), the Yanguan Holiday Resort, and the Jianshan New District totaled 80 More people come to visit MSD.

  • 2020

    In 2020, Zhejiang MSD Group Share Co., Ltd. was established, and the third phase of MSD project started construction.

    On May 31st, 2020, the completion (commissioning) of the second phase of the MSD  project and the commencement of the third phase of the project were held within the MSD, and municipal leaders at all levels attended the ceremony.
