Application guidelines
Apply on clean, dry surfaces above 10°C. Use firm pressure with a roller to ensure full adhesive contact. Avoid stretching during application. Allow 48 hours for adhesive bond to reach maximum strength.

What is the difference between engineering grade and diamond grade?
Engineering grade (50-80 cd/lx/m²) is suitable for general signage where viewing distance is under 50 meters. Diamond grade (500-800 cd/lx/m²) provides maximum visibility for highway signs and critical safety applications with extended viewing distances.
Can this film be printed on?
Yes. Screen printing with UV-curable inks is recommended. Digital printing requires a printable topcoat version. Solvent-based inks may affect the reflective layer.
How long does the reflective effect last outdoors?
Depending on grade: engineering grade 7 years, high-intensity grade 10 years, diamond grade 12 years. UV stabilizers prevent yellowing and maintain reflectivity throughout service life.
Can it be applied to curved surfaces?
Yes. The PVC film is flexible and conforms to mild curves without cracking. Minimum bend radius is 3 times the material thickness. For complex curves, use heat application to conform the film.
