• Wear Class 23/31: A 0.30mm film thickness is typically sufficient for standard residential traffic and achieves necessary protection.

• Wear Class 32/33: For higher commercial traffic, a 0.50mm−0.55mm gauge should be specified to provide the material volume required for long-term wear resistance.

• Dimensional Testing: Always verify the film's shrinkage rate matches the SPC core to prevent warping post-lamination.
