This material is a specialized, high-performance PVC-coated fabric designed for use as a structural membrane in lightweight, tensile architecture. It features an exceptionally high-tenacity, low-wick polyester base scrim (typically 1500D to 2500D) to manage extreme stress loads and maintain structural integrity over large spans. The coating is formulated with a robust PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) topcoat, which provides superior protection against UV degradation, self-cleaning properties, and resistance to environmental pollutants. This material is specified for structures demanding long lifespan and minimal maintenance.
