It features a highly durable PVC compound that resists degradation from UV radiation, saltwater, oil, and fuel exposure. The fabric utilizes a high-tenacity polyester base scrim (typically 1100D or higher) for maximum tensile and tear strength. Crucially, the material is engineered for superior adhesion during hot-air or chemical welding, ensuring the critical hull and seam integrity required for harsh marine environments.
