With some chemical additives, making PVC material be of anti-UV, anti-mildew, anti-frost, anti-statistic, anti-bacterial, higher level frame retardant performance. And for health consideration, we can also make it meet RoHS, REACH, EN71-3 standards.
With PVC material advantages mentioned above, PVC fabric came into being.99.9% polyester base fabric as reinforce of PVC material, making the fabric be of high performance of physical property to apply many fields in our industry and daily life.
650GSM 1000D 23X23 Royal Tent tent material, made of 99.9% PVC coated polyester fiber, has excellent durability and protective performance. The material's 650GSM weight and 1000D strength ensure its wear resistance, while the 23X23 weaving density provides additional strength and stability. Its 99.9% Block-Out feature completely blocks light and is suitable for environments that require absolute shelter. The flame retardant performance meets international safety standards, enhancing safety in use. In addition, the PVC coating provides excellent waterproofness and is suitable for various climate conditions. It is widely used in commercial tents, temporary buildings, agricultural covers, and film and television production.
Features:
650GSM (grams per square meter): This is a unit of measure for fabric density, indicating the weight of fabric per square meter. 650GSM usually indicates that the material is very thick and durable.
1000D (Denier): This is an indicator of the strength of the fabric. 1000D indicates the thickness of each fiber, and a relatively high value means stronger wear resistance.
23X23 weaving density: There are 23 warp yarns and 23 weft yarns per square inch, and the higher density increases the strength and durability of the fabric.
99.9% Block-Out: The material can completely block light and is opaque, suitable for applications that require complete shielding.
Frame Retardant: The material has certain flame retardant properties, meets safety standards, and reduces the risk of fire.
PVC Coated: This coating provides additional waterproofness and weather resistance.

1. Fabric Density:
Fabrics with 650GSM are suitable for applications that require high durability and strength, such as large tents, awnings, etc.

Follow international flame retardant standards such as NFPA 701 (National Fire Protection Association) or BS 5438 (British Standard).
3. Waterproof Performance:
PVC coating makes the fabric extremely waterproof, usually with a water column pressure resistance of 1000mm or more.
4. Light transmission:
The 99.9% Block-Out feature ensures that the material is light-proof and is suitable for scenes that require complete shielding, such as dark warehouses, image production, etc.
