PVC material is flame retardant (flame retardant value above 40), high chemical resistance (resistant to concentrated hydrochloric acid, 90% sulfuric acid, 60% nitric acid and 20% sodium hydroxide), mechanical strength. And the advantages of good electrical insulation. With some chemical additives, making PVC material be of anti-UV, anti-mildew, anti-frost, anti-statistic, anti-bacterial, higher level frame retardant performance. And for health consideration, we can also make it meet RoHS, REACH, EN71-3 standards.
With PVC material advantages mentioned above, PVC fabric came into being.99.9% polyester base fabric as reinforce of PVC material, making the fabric be of high performance of physical property to apply many fields in our industry and daily life.
900GSM 1000D 30X30 Membrane Structure PVC Coated Polyester Fabric is a high-performance membrane structure PVC coated polyester fabric. This product has a wide range of uses in construction and other applications.
Product Introduction
1. 900GSM: This refers to the weight of the fabric, that is, the weight per square meter is 900 grams. This weight level indicates that the fabric is thick and strong, suitable for bearing large loads and external pressure.
2. 1000D: This refers to the fiber density of the fabric, that is, the fiber per inch is 1000 denier. A higher D number indicates that the fabric has higher strength and wear resistance.
3. 30X30: This refers to the textile structure of the fabric, that is, the density of the vertical and horizontal interlaced lines. 30X30 indicates that the fiber density in the vertical and horizontal directions is the same, ensuring the uniformity and stability of the fabric.
4. Membrane Structure: refers to the membrane structure, which is a building form that uses the flexibility and strength of the fabric to form a tensile structure. This structure can be used to build lightweight and aesthetically pleasing buildings.
5. PVC Coated Polyester Fabric: refers to a fabric with a layer of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coated on the surface to enhance the fabric's waterproofness, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The polyester base provides basic strength, while the PVC coating provides additional protection and durability.
Industry Parameters and Characteristics
1. Strength and Durability: The high weight (900GSM) and high fiber density (1000D) make the fabric highly resistant to tearing and stretching. Suitable for use in adverse weather conditions.
2. Waterproofness: The PVC coating gives the fabric excellent waterproof properties, which can effectively block water penetration and is suitable for applications that require waterproofing.
3. Weather resistance: The PVC coating also improves the fabric's UV resistance, preventing the fabric from discoloring or degrading due to sunlight, thereby increasing its service life.
4. Light transmittance: This type of fabric usually has a certain degree of light transmittance, which can protect the interior space from external weather while keeping the interior environment bright.
5. Easy to clean: The surface of the PVC coating is usually smooth and easy to clean and maintain.
Application scope and field
1. Architectural membrane structure: such as tents, awnings, gymnasium roofs, etc., using the flexibility and beauty of membrane structure design.
2. Temporary structures: such as exhibition booths, event venues, emergency shelters, etc., temporary facilities that need to be quickly built and dismantled.
3. Shading facilities: such as outdoor parasols, sun rooms, landscape canopies, etc., provide shading and protection functions.
4. Industrial applications: such as warehouse covering, production line shielding, etc., where durability and protection performance are required.
5. Advertising and display: such as large billboards, exhibition display fabrics, etc., for display needs of advertising and publicity.
