• Max Width: To minimize costly seams, specify the widest available roll width that can be handled by the client’s printer.

• Finish: Choose between Gloss (high reflection, high visual impact) and Matte (low reflection, suitable for photography/indoor viewing).

Manufacturing and Tailoring

Our manufacturing process involves precise lamination of the white print films around the internal blockout layer.

• Blockout Consistency: We use high-opacity black pigment for the core layer and verify light transmittance across the roll width using specialized sensors.
